Heading up Business Development for QSR Automations, Nick spends his time in the heart of the action, continually reviewing and refining ways to improve kitchen and FOH performance. QSR’s market-leading kitchen automation solutions help restaurants, from small independents to national restaurant groups, enhance their overall efficiency and implement new revenue streams like off-premise dining strategies. He sees room for growth in the UK restaurant technology market.

Over the last 4 years, restaurant operators’ needs have changed, driven primarily by greater demand for data and off-premise dining. To help restaurants manage these shifting expectations, Nick believes solutions that are easy to implement, drive ROI, and improve the guest experience are crucial.

Nick is a native of west London, where he still lives. He considers himself a foodie and feels lucky he can merge his passions for cuisine and technology into a career. When not at the latest restaurant, you can find him occasionally jogging or (more likely) binge-watching Netflix.
