With experience from both private and public sector organisations, including Shire Services, HCL, ISS, Compass Group and Granada Foodservices, Bill has developed an effective combination of his private sector experience; bringing a creative, ethical and commercial approach to your services.
Having worked closely with the Soil Association, the Food for Life program and many public health bodies, Bill’s approach considers the importance that food has on everyday lives considering the sustainability of both finance and quality.
Bill is an Associate Member of The Lead Association for Catering in Education and a Member Institute of Hospitality
