Technologies of the Future – Focusing on the Restaurant Client
Keynote Address –
Thomas is the Founder of TakeoutGroup.com, which launched its first site in Denmark with Takeout.dk in 2010. Since that time has worked to enlarge the base of the TakeoutGroup’s operation and is working with systems engineers and developers to provide new capabilities for restaurants to help them manage their deliveries safely while ensuring optimum product quality. Since 2012 and with partners in 8 countries/markets including UK, he now wishes to bring this new stage of innovation to the Takeout.co.uk business throughout 2019. Thomas is passionate about the future of food delivery and while recognising the challenges ahead, believes that common sense tells us not only that we need to improve our systems but how to go about doing it.
